Procedures to let record of claim at the Provincial Council

Whenever they put resistance about admitting for its process the claims in order to open an adoption file and find the biological family or the other way round, it happens because that means to stamp it as received with its corresponding number and date, basically due to the problems this can give to the Government employee who receives it and the consequences for him or herself, must be taken into account that this adoptions problems have always been known by the Provincial Council, specially when they exist established interests.

Therefore you can use the following procedure with no need of going personally to the window, having the same effects, the procedures are as follows:

1.-) To fill in the suggestions or claims form, go to the Post Office, say at the Post Office you want it to be sent by administrative procedure, it is perfectly considered at the Post Offices this possibility, it gets directly sent to the Provincial Council, this way we make sure our expedient gets opened and they get in the obligation to answer us, this way the entrance stamp, corresponding number and date are included.

2.-) In case you prefer so, you can go to the Unique Window Office, there are many of them in all cities (if anyone needs it, I can look for the address), and say you want your suggestion or claim form to be registered, because it is not in your way or you are in a hurry, or simply cause you want to do it in there, they have got the obligation to accept it, also to do the registration with entrance stamp, corresponding number and date, it is sent to the Provincial Council by themselves.

In case of having sent it by one way or another, they have not answered in a month more or less and they get administrative silence, by the same procedure you previously followed you can do a delay claim, is the same in both cases, the only difference is the box to tick.

This way we can avoid the problem of not getting attention or things kept on the air, because as we all know, the Administration is a body which only answers to its records, whatever does not have the stamp, number and entrance date, does not exist.

I hope you get encouraged to do your claim if not done yet so your expedients can be looked for and at the same time they must claim for them officially through a perfectly channelled administrative process.
